Delivery time

We aim to ship your order within 2-3 days. Do you really need your order before a certain date? Send us an email or fill in the comments with your order and we'll look at the possibilities!

Dispatch

Your order within the Netherlands will be shipped via Dpd. The shipping costs are €7.50. After shipment you will receive the Track&Trace code with which you can track your order. DPD usually delivers within 1-2 business days. Orders within the EU are €9. Sending directly to the recipient is also possible. Then enter the recipient's address at checkout and enter your own details as an alternative billing address.

Returns

Because almost all of our products are personalized, they can in principle not be returned. Do you have a question or complaint? Please contact us first.
